Why I Created The BE Experience Retreat

BE wasn't created because the world needed another retreat.

It was created because women deserve a space where they don't have to perform.

Where strength isn't measured by how much they carry alone.

Where vulnerability is welcomed.

Where laughter is medicine.

Where movement becomes celebration instead of punishment.

Where stillness feels safe.

Where conversations become lifelong friendships.

Where joy is just as important as healing.

We created BE because we believe women need places that remind them how to feel alive again.

More Than a Retreat

Yes, we'll move our bodies.

We'll lift.

We'll float on the pool while being bathed in a soundbath.

We'll gather around the table preparing beautiful meals together.

We'll dance barefoot.

We'll journal.

We'll meditate.

We'll watch the sun disappear into the Gulf while surrounded by the rhythm of the Siesta Key drum circle and dance in the sand.

We'll laugh until our cheeks hurt.

We'll probably cry, too.

We’ll shop and get styled.

But none of those moments are the destination.

They're simply the path.

Because everything you'll discover during a BE Experience has always lived inside of you.

Our role isn't to give you something you don't already have.

It's simply to help uncover what life may have buried beneath responsibility, expectation, grief, self-doubt, and years of putting yourself last.
